1. Introduction

Welcome to Jetwave Innovation Logistics Services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our logistics, transportation, and moving services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Jetwave Innovation Logistics Services.
  • “Customer” refers to any individual or business that engages our services.
  • “Service” refers to all logistics, transportation, and related services provided by the Company.

3. Scope of Services

Jetwave Innovation Logistics provides the following services:

  • Moving & Relocation (residential and commercial)
  • Truck Hiring (with or without a driver)
  • International Freight (air, sea, and land transportation)
  • Large Bus Hiring (corporate events, tourism, and group travel)

4. Service Requests & Booking

  • Customers must provide accurate details when requesting a service.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure reservations.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices for services are subject to change based on distance, cargo size, and additional requests.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved digital methods.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • The company reserves the right to withhold refunds for last-minute cancellations or in cases where service costs have already been incurred.

7. Liability & Insurance

  • The Company will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of goods in transit.
  • Customers are encouraged to secure additional insurance for high-value shipments.
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide correct pickup and delivery addresses.
  • Customers must ensure that all items are properly packed unless packaging services are requested.
  • Any fragile or special-handling items must be declared before transportation.

9. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from transportation:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Hazardous materials (explosives, chemicals, flammable substances)

10. Delays & Force Majeure

  • The Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or claims shall first be addressed through mediation between the Company and the Customer.
  • If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws in the Company’s jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
